Koka upp havregryn, salt och växtmjölk/vatten i en kastrull i någon minut. Rör om då och då tills gröten fått önskad konsistens.Vill du hålla dig mätt extra länge kan du knäcka i ett ägg i slutet av koktiden och röra om tills det blivit krämigt. Servera med jordnötssmör och jordgubbar i bitar.
