För att laga antiinflammatorisk bönsallad behöver du:

1 paket kidneybönor
1 tomat
1/2 fänkål
1 avokado
1/8 gul lök

Dressing:
Olivolja
Äppelcidervinäger
1/2 pressad vitlöksklyfta
Salt
Peppar
Färska örter

Gör så här:

1. Öppna förpackningen med kidneybönor och skölj bönorna noga i vatten.
2. Skär tomat, fänkål, avokado och den gula löken i mindre bitar.
3. Blanda önskad mängd olivolja, äppelcidervinäger med den pressade vitlöksklyftan och salt och peppar. Servera gärna med färska örter.
