Chokladsnitt! Ett veganskt och glutenfritt recept på nyttigare snittar med svarta bönor och nötter. Kakorna brukar gillas av både barn och vuxna och passar perfekt att ta med sig på utflykten eller till eftermiddagsfikat. Vi gillar att baka med bönor eftersom det är ett näringsrikt alternativ till mjöl, samtidigt som det även är glutenfritt.

Chokladsnittar med nötter

I det här receptet använde vi oss av nötter som vi mixade med vår bästa blender, med det går lika bra att använda färdigt nötsmör av valfri sort. Tål du inte nötter kan mandlarna ersättas med solroskärnor.

Veganska chokladsnittar:

Ca 15 kakor

3 dl kokta svarta bönor eller en tetra-förpackning på 400 g

3 dl nötter eller färdigt nötsmör (vi använde mandlar)

6-7 dadlar

1/2 dl kakao

1 tsk bakpulver

1/2 tsk salt

1/2 tsk kardemumma

Så här gör du chokladsnitt:

  1. Börja med att sätta ugnen på 175 grader.
  2. Lägg nötterna i en höghastighetsblender och kör dem tills de blivit ett jämnt nötsmör. Det här kan ta lite tid beroende på vilken typ av matberedare du har.
  3. Skölj av bönorna och tillsätt dem tillsammans med nötsmöret.
  4. Lägg även i dadlar, kakao, salt, bakpulver och kardemumma.
  5. Låt höghastighetsblendern arbeta tills du fått en jämn deg. Eftersom det här är en relativt torr deg tar det här momentet lite tid. Hjälp till genom att skrapa ned det som fastnar på väggarna av behållaren så går det lite snabbare.
  6. Smörj en plåt med exempelvis kokosolja.
  7. Lägg ut degen i två längder och forma degen platt med händerna.
  8. Grädda i ugnen i 15-20 minuter.
  9. Ta ut plåten och skär försiktigt sneda snitt. Degen smular sig lätt så låt kakorna svalna en stund innan de är färdiga att servera.
